John Lawrie Tubulars USA Acquires Clydesdale Steel, Expanding Northeast Fabrication Capabilities

John Lawrie Tubulars USA (“JLT”), a leading supplier of steel piling products and foundation solutions, today announced the acquisition of Clydesdale Steel (“Clydesdale”), a New Jersey-based fabricator of steel foundation products.

The acquisition strengthens JLT’s Northeast presence and expands its product and fabrication offering for driven pile, support of excavation, marine, and infrastructure projects. Customers will gain access to a broader range of pipe piles, H-piles, beams, caissons, micropiles, and custom fabrication services, supported by Clydesdale’s strategic location and logistics capabilities.

Clydesdale Steel will come under the John Lawrie Tubulars company umbrella with integration beginning immediately, and a focus on a seamless transition for employees, customers, and partners. Operations will continue from the Morganville, New Jersey facility.
