The 2025 event will be held at the Sheraton New Orleans, with a special room block rate of $237 per night, available for reservations made by Friday, January 24, 2025. This rate is also available for up to three days before and after the event, subject to availability. After 5 p.m. EST on the cut-off date, rooms may be booked at the standard rate, depending on availability.
