Driving Performance in Rock Drilling: Numa Showcases Innovation at CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026

From March 3–7, 2026, Las Vegas will host CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026, one of North America’s largest construction trade shows. Among the leading exhibitors, Numa will welcome attendees to South Hall, Booth S-60330, where rock drilling experts will showcase advanced technologies and discuss practical solutions for a wide range of drilling applications.

As a U.S.-based manufacturer recognized for innovation, durability, and high performance, Numa continues to design rock drilling products engineered to meet the demanding needs of contractors in piling, foundation, horizontal directional drilling (HDD), and utility markets.

Pile Drilling: Versatility Meets Precision

Numa offers more than 110 piling and foundation products built to handle diverse drilling applications. From piles and boreholes to caissons, micro-piles, mini-piles, tiebacks, and anchors, these solutions are crafted for precision and reliability. Contractors can rely on Numa’s products to meet demanding field conditions and complete projects efficiently, whether the site presents standard or challenging drilling requirements.

HDD Systems: Optimized for Subsurface Challenges

For horizontal directional drilling, Numa provides HDD rock drilling systems for holes ranging from 3⅞” to 10″ (98 to 254 mm). The product line includes HDD hammers and bits, side load sonde housings, bent subs, and adaptors, all designed to deliver consistent performance in complex subsurface environments. With years of field-tested expertise, these systems help contractors maintain accuracy, efficiency, and reliability, even in the most demanding drilling scenarios.

Super Jaws: Simultaneous Drilling and Casing

Numa’s Super Jaws system redefines simultaneous drilling and casing for holes ranging from 5½” to 48” (139 to 1219 mm), capable of handling both hard rock and unconsolidated formations such as overburden, boulders, and bedrock. The system features expandable wings that drill a full-diameter hole and retract once drilling is complete, allowing all tooling to be easily extracted to the surface while leaving casing down the hole. This innovative approach streamlines operations and maximizes efficiency on even the most challenging jobsites.

Pole Drilling: Flexible, Efficient, and Reliable

For utility and infrastructure projects, Numa provides pole drilling solutions designed for installing pole sockets from 11⅞” to 36” (302 to 914 mm). These systems are adaptable for use with excavators, utility truck mounts, or rail car mounts, and they utilize hex connections for rapid changeovers between different hole diameters. Numa also provides a full suite of supporting components, including side inlet air swivels, adaptors, shock subs, shrouds, and lubricators, ensuring contractors have reliable, versatile, and efficient tools for every job.
