CZM North American Headquarters now OPEN

CZM Foundation Equipment, a manufacturer of foundation, utility, piling and landfill drilling equipment, is now open in a new 48,000 sq.ft. headquarters in the Interstate Centre II industrial park in Ellabell.

CZM broke ground on the new facility that allows more room for the production of drilling rig machines and After Sales inventory in September 2019. The new factory is on 16 acres and has 2 main production bays, 8 overhead cranes, 4 jib cranes and a 4,000 sq. ft. paint booth.  They have also introduced new technology within the building for stock parts and engineering.  They anticipate increasing their workforce by 25% percent over the next two-three years with this expansion.

The previous factory, located in Pembroke, will now be the East Coast hub for After Sales and Service with 5 full time employees. That location will be for service and repair of machines and kelly bars according to Giuliano Clo, President CZM US.

“We are extremely excited to be open and producing machines from our new headquarters. It is great to have so much space to expand our production capabilities, sales and personnel. We will be able to double our production output with the goal of reaching 100 machines per year within 5 years. We will keep on expanding our product line to fit every need the American foundation market has, and with the added infra structure, our service personnel will have even more resources to keep up with customer demands. This facility shows our commitment to servicing the North American market,” said Clo.
