RPI Opens New Facility in Penns Grove, New Jersey
RPI Construction Equipment has opened a new headquarters in Penns Grove, New Jersey, marking a major step in the company’s continued growth as a second-generation, family-owned business.
The company has expanded from its roots in clamshell bucket and rock grapple rentals into a broader foundation equipment partner offering rentals, tooling, service, and repair. Led by Kristin Bauer, Ryan Delargey, and Devin Sheehan since the early 2010s, RPI’s new facility supports its growing team, fleet, and service capabilities.
The new location includes a 13,431-square-foot building on a 12-acre property, significantly larger than the company’s previous one-acre site with a 1,000-square-foot office and 3,200-square-foot shop. The facility features drive-through service bays, a full-length overhead crane, a 3,200-square-foot wash bay, a secure yard loop, Wi-Fi throughout the yard, and keycard-access systems.

The expanded space improves repair and maintenance efficiency while supporting services such as Kelly bar repair and replacement and foundation tooling maintenance. RPI continues to invest in foundation equipment and tooling, including CZM drill rigs, Junttan pile driving rigs, HMC Side Grip Vibratory Hammers, custom Kelly bar solutions, and drilling tools from Jeffrey Machine.
The facility was designed with employees and customers in mind, including a breakroom, lounge space, on-site gym, golf simulator room, locker room, and shop space built to accommodate up to 25 technicians.
RPI is actively hiring heavy equipment mechanics, welders, fabricators, and hydraulic and electrical technicians, with a focus on recruiting from the local Salem County community.
