How REV Drill Performs in Extreme Weather Conditions

REV Drill has demonstrated its ability to perform in some of the toughest weather conditions through projects in vastly different environments.
Scorching Sea Wall Construction in Central America
Following the widespread devastation caused by Hurricane Ivan across areas of Central America, a sea wall was planned to meet new standards. For the critical task of laying the foundation, REV Drill was selected for the job.
The combination of simple operation and durable construction made the drill well-suited for the extreme climate conditions encountered during the project.
Frigid Foundations in Deadhorse, Alaska
In Deadhorse, Alaska, REV Drill faced a completely different challenge. The project required laying foundations for gas pipelines that needed to be elevated high enough to avoid affecting animal migration.
Working in temperatures as low as -70 degrees and through up to four feet of permafrost, REV Drill’s drilling solutions were chosen to complete the work under these demanding conditions.
Proven Performance Across Climates
From the intense heat of Central America to the freezing conditions of Alaska, REV Drill has continued to support projects regardless of geography or climate.
These projects highlight how the drill’s durability and straightforward operation help keep work moving forward, even when faced with extreme environmental challenges.
