Chance GroutForce™ Products Added to HeliCAP® Software

Chance Foundation Solutions offers a range of deep foundation products supported by engineering resources and design software.

The latest Chance product is GroutForce displacement pile, a patented foundation solution for loose to dense sands and soft to firm clays that can provide axial capacities exceeding 500 kip (2224 kN) along with significant lateral resistance. The grout column increases the effective diameter and soil interaction of the pile, helping achieve required capacities with shorter installed lengths in many applications.

HeliCAP, a free online software tool available to engineers working with Chance products, now includes functionality for GroutForce displacement piles. With GroutForce design capabilities available within HeliCAP, engineers can quickly evaluate pile capacity and develop project-specific foundation recommendations.
