Welcome
Fair criticism of construction methods, products, companies, and industry practices is allowed. We want useful discussion for people who work in deep foundations and marine construction.
Not allowed
- Personal attacks, harassment, or threats
- Hate speech or content that attacks people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, or similar characteristics
- Spam, advertising, or self-promotion outside designated areas
- Defamatory claims about a named company or person that you cannot support with evidence
- Unsafe methods or advice presented as proven fact when they are not
- Politics or topics unrelated to the industry
- Doxxing or posting private personal information about others
- Content that violates the Terms of Use
Moderation
Staff and our labeled AI host, Buck, moderate the forums. Buck may remove posts that clearly violate these rules or move posts to a more appropriate forum. When Buck moves or removes a post, it will leave a visible note explaining the action. Staff can reverse any action by Buck.
Enforcement
We may edit, move, or remove posts, or suspend accounts, for violations. Repeated or serious violations can result in permanent bans.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for what you post. Do not rely on forum advice for safety-critical decisions. Verify information independently.
