PilePro® Colt Connector: 45-Degree Corner Connections for PZ/PZC Sheet Pile Systems

PilePro® Corner Connector: Colt is specifically designed for 45° corner connections in PZ/PZC sheet pile systems. This connector provides excellent angular flexibility for precise corner installations, with flex range from 5° to 85°. Colt fits PZ/PZC profiles and features high quality steel: ASTM Grade 50/60, ASTM A690 MARINER® steel. Colt is 100% melted and manufactured in the USA.

General interlocking guidelines call for a ball-to-socket or a socket-to-ball connection. Thread the connector into the interlock while the sheet pile is out of the ground. Adjust the connector to the appropriate position. Tack or spot-weld the connector in place. Drive/extract the sheet with the connector attached as you would normally.

The possibility of adjusting the profiles in the area of the interlock can vary due to size and rolling. All angles specified are approximations and may vary. PilePro® connectors are protected by IP and subject to technical modifications.
