Hiltenbeitel Named Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Broken Arrow, Oklahoma — Paul Hiltenbeitel has been named Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Arrowhead Winch, effective January 1, 2026.

Hiltenbeitel joined Arrowhead Winch (formerly PACCAR Winch) as a Senior District Sales Manager in 2020 and was promoted to Director of Sales in 2024. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Northern Kentucky University and has progressed in sales and management positions for industrial and manufacturing companies throughout his career.
