Success with the Gilbert MG-90 Variable Moment Vibro

Gilbert is proud to announce the successful deployment of its MG-90 Variable Moment Pile Driver on the West Coast of the USA. This installation and sale were facilitated through their Western USA distributor, Rig Rents, based in California.

This collaboration led to the seamless start-up of the Gilbert MG-90 Variable Moment Pile Driver — a high-performance, efficient solution designed to tackle challenging soil conditions and operate effectively in urban and sensitive environments.

The MG-90’s Variable Moment feature allows for real-time adjustment of vibration amplitude, giving operators the ability to tailor the driving force according to specific soil conditions and project needs.

Adjustable Amplitude: Unlike conventional vibratory hammers, the MG-90 enables operators to fine-tune vibration amplitude on the fly, offering greater control and adaptability on site.

Reduced Vibration Impact: The variable moment design cancels vibrations during start-up and shut-down, helping to minimize the impact on nearby structures and underground utilities.

Ideal for Sensitive Areas: Thanks to its precise vibration control, the MG-90 is especially well-suited for work in urban environments, near historical landmarks, or close to vibration-sensitive infrastructure.

This project showcases Gilbert’s commitment to delivering innovative, site-adaptable equipment that meets the highest standards of performance and environmental responsibility. Gilbert looks forward to continuing our work with Rig Rents and other partners across North America.
